TOPIC : VALUE PEOPLE

TEXT : "And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him. Come and see." John 1:46

Never look down on people, the person you look down on today, may be the ladder you need to get to certain height in life. There are certain persons that the signature they need to endorse their documents were those of the persons whom they despised yesterday as irrelevant and nobodies. Give people the honour due to them even if they are paid employees or subordinates to you in the office.

There is how to address people, there is how to correct them, there is how to relate with them. The ethics of every profession has courtesy included in it, it has official tone and language, you don't have to be familiar or playful with them but do not devalue them, even if you are older than them in age or by position. Let's not throw away honour and respect for the older ones in the name of civilization and modern age. The most ancient, yet the most civilized and modern book is the Bible. It is ageless and has all the values that will keep one on the path of destiny always flourishing and receiving help. It is very annoying when you see a teenager or a youth walk pass an older person even with eye contact without greeting the person even in the church. So many people are denied one help or the other because of the Law of Retribution or Karma getting back at them. Value people; don't push them away arrogantly because they are in need today. There is a polite way of doing it even if you don't have the help they need. All those who looked down on Esther will not feel very comfortable approaching her in the palace; but those who valued her would.
