BE A JOY FACILITATOR|HOUSEHOLD OF LOVE CHURCH, ABUJA

TEXT:(LUKE 15:3-7 3 And he spake this parable unto them: saying, 4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? 5 And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost. 7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

Nothing excites heaven more than the salvation of a once lost soul. Every other action of a believer in service, charity, healing the sick, deliverance for the oppressed when not geared towards soul winning attracts very little joy in heaven. If therefore we must make God glad and bring rejoicing to the angels of God, we must be a joy bearer by being a soul winner. Soul winning is the heart cry of God, it is the essence of the believers’ assignment, it is the reason why we have not been translated to heaven to go and enjoy with God. A true law abiding citizen of God’s kingdom is a soul winner. Let’s make heaven glad this season by reaching out to the lost, leave out the ninety nine and go on a rescue mission for the lost one.
